Return Policy

Option 1:
 
We accept returns for refund with a 10% restocking fee and only if the following conditions have been met. 
  1. Purchaser must contact us by phone within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number. 
  2. All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached. 
  3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not sell worn footwear. 
  4. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  5. Product must be returned within 28 business days of receiving the return authorization number.

     

Option 2:

 

 We accept returns for Exchange and only if the following conditions have been met. 
  1. Purchaser must contact us by phone within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number.
  2. All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
  3. Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear. 
  4. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  5. Product must be returned within 28 business days of receiving Return authorization number.
 
 In the event we have made an error in your order we will absorb all shipping charges.
